RETURNS POLICY

If your items not quite right , simply initiate your return within 14 days and send it back within 28 days for an exchange or credit note. Or why not try before you buy and only pay for what you keep.

This service is available on selected items. Pay a non refundable £20 checkout charge which is then credited towards your final amount.

Returning earrings purchased from the Try Before You Buy Service ? No problem, just make sure the hygiene seals are in tact! Bespoke & sale items are non-returnable.

EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY (from 13th November 2025)

I've extended my returns time-frame to give you piece of mind when shopping during Black Friday and the Christmas period. Exchange your item up to January 5th .

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY 

This service allows you to explore size, detail and experience the pieces in person, the hygiene seals mean you will not be able to put the earring through your ear.

Free Gift Offer Returns

If you return your order which you have received a free gift with. The gift must be returned also or if you opt to keep the gift , the gift amount will be deducted from your credit note amount.
