SHIPPING

​All UK items costing between £29.99- £50.00 will be shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery. If you want to send your order recorded delivery you will need to upgrade your shipping.

Any items over £50 will be shipped via Royal Mail recorded delivery , you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. 

Delivery aim 1-3 working days.

European and International shipping will be shipped via Royal Mail International tracked & signed. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your order. Delivery aim 3-5 working days.​

FAQ

HOW CAN I BE SURE MY GARTER WILL FIT?

All of my garters are made to order with the exception of my one size fits all garters which means you can enjoy the benefits of the garter fitting you perfectly , simply measure your thigh and purchase your size. 

WILL YOU EXCHANGE MY GARTER IF IT DOESNT FIT?

​Yes of course, simply send the garter back in its original packaging and I will happily replace it for the correct size.  

I'M BUYING A GARTER FOR A FRIEND BUT I DON'T KNOW HER MEASUREMENTS.

I always recommend that if you are buying for a friend the first step is to gauge your friends measurements based on your own thigh measurements. Generally, dress size 6-8 will measure between 15-17 inches, dress size 10-12 measures 17- 19 inches and dress size 12 + ranges from 19 inches upwards. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

​All garters will ship within 7 working days from the date of order using Royal Mail. For all other items like veils and headpieces please allow 3-4 weeks until shipment as each piece is made to order. ​

 

THIS IS A GIFT , WILL MY ORDER COME GIFT WRAPPED?

Each garter comes beautifully presented in my bespoke garter boxes and each garter is carefully wrapped in white tissue but if you want your item gift wrapped you an purchase this at an additional cost. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All items sent recorded delivery will not be trackable although you will be provided with a tracking number, the item will be delivered and will require a signature. 

INTERNATIONAL & next day delivery order will be fully trackable .

I NEED MY ORDER ASAP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

​I may be able to make your garter within a day or two and send urgent delivery. Please contact me via the contact form and I will let you know if this is possible.
