RETURNS

I hope that you love your handcrafted piece but if you find it doesn't quite work with your dress I do accept returns. 

Please return your item unused and in its original condition (including all packaging and labels intact) within 28 days to receive an exchange or store credit as long as your returned product meets my terms and conditions.

To return an item(s), you must:

(a) Request your return through the Returns Portalwithin 14 days from the date your order was shipped and ensure I receive the item within 14 days of receiving this returns request.

(b) Send your return using Royal Mail Tracked (or other tracked service that also includes insurance). You are responsible for return costs. I do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received.

(c) Return the product/s unused , all earrings must have their hygenie seals intact. It is my policy to return goods to the purchaser if I suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, intentionally damaged or show signs of wear like tan, makeup or smell of any odour or perfumes
